Sara Sewn Clothing Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms for your participation in the Sara Sewn Clothing Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with the Agreement terms.

  1. Program Overview
    The Program allows you to promote Sara Sewn Clothing products on your platforms and earn a 20% commission on each verified sale made through your referral link (“Qualifying Purchase”).

  2. Enrollment and Participation
    To enrol, submit an accurate application identifying your site(s) and platform(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

  3. Special Links and Promotion
    Once enrolled, you may place “Special Links” provided by Sara Sewn on your approved platforms. These links ensure proper tracking for commission. Only sales through these correctly formatted links are eligible for commission.

  4. Program Requirements
    As a participant, you are responsible for:

    • Maintaining accurate site information.
    • Displaying Special Links per the guidelines.
    • Ensuring all materials on your site do not infringe on third-party rights and comply with local laws.
    • Avoiding prohibited activities such as:
      • Promoting violence, illegal activities, or discrimination.
      • Using Sara Sewn or affiliated trademarks without permission.
      • Misrepresenting the relationship between you and Sara Sewn.

  5. Commission Payment
    Sara Sewn will pay a 20% commission for each Qualifying Purchase within 60 days post-sale. Payments are made monthly and are subject to minimum payout thresholds.

  6. Order Processing
    Sara Sewn Clothing will process and track all sales. Reports on your sales performance will be accessible through your affiliate dashboard.

  7. Prohibited Content and Activities
    Affiliate sites must not:

    • Promote inappropriate or offensive content.
    • Use or advertise Sara Sewn Clothing links via pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
    • Engage in unauthorised use of Sara Sewn trademarks.

  8. Policies and Customer Service
    Sara Sewn reserves the right to manage customer orders and enforce Sara Sewn Clothing policies regarding pricing, shipping, and customer service independently from affiliate communications.

  9. Liability Limitations
    Sara Sewn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or losses related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions earned by you over the last 12 months.

  10. Program Modifications and Termination
    Sara Sewn Clothing may modify the Program’s terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of these terms. You may terminate participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the requirements and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement. Any breach may result in suspension or termination from the Program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
